Online Content Submission Re-use AgreementI hereby submit the attached photograph(s),which Monterey Bay Property Management accepts and may re-use under the following terms and conditions:

1. Re-Use Terms. I assign Monterey Bay Property Management the perpetual right to re-use the Content in any medium and for any promotional purpose.
2. No fee. I will receive no payment for any re-use of the content.
3. My Duties. I have rented a property (“Rental”) from Monterey Bay Property Management , and affirm by this Agreement that the Photograph(s) has been taken in or from the boundaries of my Rental. I warrant that I own the Content of the Photograph(s). The Content is either my personal work or the ownership of the Content has been transferred to me by the creator. The Photograph includes human beings, all of whom have given their express permission to be photographed and to have the Photograph(s) used for the purpose described herein. I acknowledge that Monterey Bay Property Management is relying on this warranty, and I affirm to Monterey Bay Property Management that the re-use of the Content will not infringe on the rights of any third party. I agree to hold Monterey Bay Property Management harmless from actions by third parties.
4. Monterey Bay Property Management’s Duties. Monterey Bay Property Management may use the Content but has no obligation to do so. Monterey Bay Property Management does not guarantee the Content will be chosen for any purpose.
5. Termination. I can terminate this Agreement at any time in writing by notifying Monterey Bay Property Management. Any re-use of the Content that pre-dates the written termination will remain subject to this Agreement, and I specifically and irrevocably give the right to re-use to Monterey Bay Property Management for such pre-existing re-use.
6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the entire agreement between Monterey Bay Property Management and me with respect to re-use of the Content.

This Agreement is between Monterey Bay Property Management (“Monterey Bay Property Management”) and me as an individual. This Online Content Submission Re-use Agreement (the “Agreement”) becomes effective as of the date I click “register” on this online blog.
