Hutch’s Hideout II: An Excellent Monterey Peninsula Home Base

Hutch’s Hideout was a perfect spot from which to explore the Monterey Peninsula. Everything was minutes away, whether it was Pt. Lobos State Natural Preserve, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf, The Dali’ Exhibit, or Carmel. The house was perfect for three couples, with a nice queen sized bed for each couple, two bathrooms, and a roomy kitchen that was well stocked with glassware, table settings, appliances and cookware. The backyard garden was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet. It was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

Lighthouse 4 is Amazing!

We had family stay with us and we rented this place for them. We got to spend Thanksgiving there and it was so nice. Everything in the apartment was clean, neat, and it had everything we wanted for cooking. It’s located close to downtown and a short walk to the coast. Would recommend Monterey Bay Property Management to anyone looking to get away in the area!

Banyan Condo is Always Wonderful!

Our 4th stay at Banyan. It’s always wonderful. So convenient to town – can walk every place. It’s always clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom and bath are fabulous! Will stay again next year.

Lovely home that accommodates
those with limited mobility.

The Boathouse is all that was advertised and more. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The distance to town/water and all its activities was a hop, skip and jump (and easy walk). The house’s accessibility for my mother-in-law, who uses a walker and needs appropriate aids in the bathroom, was very important and made her stay easier and comfortable. We loved the fireplace and gathered there every morning and evening. And all those windows brought it warming light each day! We will return.

Tea for Two is in excellent property in a great location with easy access to shopping and Highway 68. When I arrived everything was perfect. The furnishings and fixtures in this property are traditional and I enjoy that style. I was especially impressed by the new high definition television, and having a DVR to record programs is an excellent extra feature. The appliances in the kitchen are top-quality. The kitchen contains almost every possible pot, pan, or cooking utensil that would be necessary to prepare a meal for a large family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is not stayed there, and I hope to stay in this property again soon. Thank you for all your help and assistance with the rental.
