This completely remodeled luxury beach house overlooks a dazzling
panorama of natural beauty from morning to night.

Walls of glass frame views of Point Lobos, Carmel River State Beach and the Wetlands Natural Reserve, a popular birding area. It’s a ten minute walk to the ocean, and a quick drive to downtown Carmel’s shops and restaurants.

There’s a Zen-like serenity here, from the custom bamboo cabinetry to living areas that seem to float upon creamy colored travertine floors that transition directly to the outdoors.

Bird Watching Vacation

Patio/Deck – Shorebird, Carmel Point

The spacious patio has a firepit, and there’s an upper level observation deck with forever views.

The master suite has access to a private hot tub, and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, plus indoor and outdoor showers.

Two guestrooms feature King beds; the third-which doubles as an office-has a twin trundle bed and is separated from the living room by opaque sliding glass doors.

Need a massage appointment or tee time? Yoga classes, a private chef, or dinner reservations? Complimentary concierge service is available for all your needs.

Carmel River State Beach is a stop on the Central Coast Birding Trail. While fall and winter is considered the best season for birding in the area, birders are likely to spot many species no matter the season.

The Carmel River Lagoon and Wetlands Natural Preserve is located at the north end of Carmel River State Beach. It is a good area for spotting the Great Blue Heron, the Virginia Rail, the Brown Pelican, the Greater Yellowlegs, and many types of gulls, egrets and terns.
