Introducing New Luxury Vacation
Oceanfront Homes on Monterey Bay!
When’s the last time you had sand between your toes?
Two 4-bedroom homes with direct beach access.
Perfect for a family reunion.
We thought we’d seen the ultimate beach house…
and then we saw Sea Spray!
2000 sq. ft. | 4 Bedroom | 2 Bath | Sleeps 7
With only powdery sand dunes between you and the ocean, you’ll start relaxing the moment you step into this luxurious 2,000+ sq. ft. beachfront Mediterranean. The sounds of the surf will dissolve your cares by day and lull you to sleep at night…and wait till you see the views: on a clear day you can see the entire curve of Monterey Bay, from Moss Landing to Santa Cruz.
From the arched entry to the alabaster scones, no detail has been overlooked. The living room has a bar and comfortable seating around a gas fireplace with 55″ Smart TV above (not shown). Radiant heated, sand-colored stone floors are warm underfoot, the Mission-style furniture includes a hammered copper table that seats 8, and the custom inlaid mural in the kitchen depicting early Monterey is a spectacular piece of “art history.”
The kitchen has everything a gourmet could ask for, from a professional mixer to a coffee frother for your morning latte: granite countertops with a cream-colored travertine backsplash, burled walnut cabinetry, Viking appliances (including a four-burner gas range)—there’s even a wine cooler in the adjoining garage and whole-house water filtration.
Wall-to-wall glass (with motorized blinds) frames the ever-changing sea views in the master suite (with a King bed and a wall-mounted TV). The en suite bath features an oval Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in steam shower, two vanities topped with black glass, subway-tiled walls inlaid with iridescent stone, a separate toilet compartment, and a large closet. Three guest rooms—two with Queens and one with a twin daybed—share a second bath with a pedestal sink and a shower lined in lustrous marble.
From the sunny protected patio to the fire pit for relaxing under the stars, the living is definitely easy in this brand new beach house. Pick up fresh seafood to barbecue at Fisherman’s Wharf—or just pick up the binoculars and check out the sea life from your living room. Until it’s time for another spectacular sunset, that is.
Here’s a recipe for vacation perfection: panoramic ocean views, luxurious finishes and furnishings…
and nothing but sand dunes between you and the beach.
2400 sq. ft. | 4 Bedroom | 2 Bath | Sleeps 8
From the moment you open the door, this is a home that elicits oohs and aahs. Inside the light-filled great room, walls of glass frame ever-changing sea views, while high ceilings and cream-colored stone floors create a feeling of spaciousness and warmth. In the kitchen, lustrous granite countertops in silver, copper and jade accent the cherry cabinetry and stainless GE Monogram appliances (built-in convection oven, microwave and warming drawer, side-by-side refrigerator, and a six-burner professional gas cooktop with griddle).
The dining room seats 8, the living room has an instant gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and sliding doors that lead to front and side decks (barbecue, bistro table for four, two additional seating areas, and a stand heater for chilly nights).
There are four bedrooms upstairs (twin trundle, two Queens, one King). The master suite has views of the ocean and a private bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Three other bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower lined in travertine, and there’s a laundry area with a front loading washer and dryer.
A central staircase leads to the double garage and a playroom stocked with toys, a TV, a dollhouse, and a trundle bed for extra sleeping. Other features include crown molding, honeycomb Duet shades, eight televisions, a double garage, and a home security system.
Let the sounds of the surf lull you to sleep at night… and wait till you see the views: on a clear day you can see the entire curve of Monterey Bay, all the way to Santa Cruz.

I mean, do squid around… cause there’s gonna be oceans of family fun at Monterey’s first annual Clam Chowder and Calamari Festival, May 26-28.
Clam Chowder and Calamari?
Yep. Let it never be said that the city of Monterey has trouble finding excuses to celebrate. This free festival at the Custom House Plaza at Fisherman’s Wharf will feature music and entertainment, arts and crafts, marine exhibits, cooking demos, and plenty of food and drink. (Besides soup and squid, there will be fish and chips, pasta, sandwiches, strawberry shortcake, caramel apples, cookies, ice cream and more.)
Beer, wine and margaritas will be available, and three live bands will play each day, including John “Broadway” Tucker, the Cachugua Playboys and Red Beans and Rice.
Hours are 11am – 7pm Saturday and Sunday and 11am – 6pm Monday.

Let’s Go Truckin’! Just in case you haven’t heard, Food Trucks are in.
In, in, in… yes, mobile munchies are the latest rage, and on May 12, the first ever “Monterey Street Food Fest” will take place at the Fairgrounds from noon to 6pm.
From cupcakes to Cuban cuisine, there’ll be something for every palate. But if the thought of yummy gourmet and international street food isn’t enough to get you to the Monterey Fairgrounds… go for the music.
Because “The Money Band” will play from noon to 2pm, followed by “Triple Threat” until 6pm. (The Money Band has a fair number of groupies at Monterey Bay Property Management, and they guarantee that from “Love Shack” to “What I Say?”—this band will get the crowd rocking.)
The Fairgrounds are located at 2004 Fairground Road, Monterey. Admission to the Street Food Fest is free.
