My family consist of a wonderful wife, smart daughter, good son, smart son in law, fun daughter in law and three grandsons ages 18, 15 and 14. What an experience for city folks to be right next to a strawberry farm with the opportunity to observe the harvest. The home is so relaxing that we never wanted to leave for the tidepools, beaches, Phil’s Fish Market, Farmers Markets and Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel. The best is that it is a fun place for families to play cards, games, sing, making meals together, hiking and sitting around an outdoor fire pit making s’mores. We all want to return. Beautiful, quiet and comfortable place for 2, biking distance to Monterey to go to the Cannery, short driving distance to Carmel and 17 mile scenic drive at Pebble Beach. Everything was convenient to go to and see. Definitely coming back. Wonderful vacation, especially away from the valley heat in the 100’s.

Ever dreamed about time traveling? Experience all the charms of yesteryear while enjoying every modern convenience in this one-of-a-kind Victorian located just a block from the sea. Relax on an overstuffed sofa adjacent to the kitchen, gather in the parlor, or watch TV in den: you’ll be making memories here. And you don’t have to be an architecture buff to appreciate the details: from the exquisite wooden fretwork to the crystal cabinet hardware and delicate chandeliers, this three-story home has been restored to perfection.
On the street level, two guestrooms with King beds share a hall bath with a shower and a pedestal sink. The living room, den, kitchen (with 6-burner Wolf range), dining areas (2) and a powder room are on the second floor, and stairs to the third floor reveal a master suite with a peek of the sea, a King bed (under a large skylight with an operable blind), a huge cedar-lined closet, and a stunning en suite bath with marble floors and countertops, two vessel sinks, a walk-in shower and a clawfoot tub, all accented with polished gold fixtures. Multiple balconies offer mesmerizing ocean views; Lover’s Point beach is just down the street, and all of Pacific Grove’s shops, restaurants, bistros and cafes are just a short stroll away.
Park your car in the garage—you may never need it. Pacific Grove Transient Use License #0449
Note: Temporary housing is not for vacationers (during the SIP order)- it is for the folks who are coming here to work, including traveling nurses and doctors, those who have come to care for family members, local people who find themselves between escrows (sold their home and now can’t close on the next purchase) – there are lots of legitimate reasons people need temporary housing.
Sheltered by an iconic oak, this comfortable contemporary is located on a quiet street in upper Pacific Grove. Completely remodeled, the living room and the spacious kitchen/dining area are designed for socializing/gathering.
The living room features a large sectional, comfy swivel chairs and a 75” TV; the adjoining den has a smaller sectional, a recliner, and another TV.
The sunlit kitchen has oak floors, maple cabinets, and stainless appliances including a built-in convection oven and a five-burner gas cooktop.
You’ll also find an office nook, a laundry room, and a full bath with a corner shower on the first level. Upstairs, three bedrooms share a second full bath with a tub/shower. The master has a King bed, a velvet reading chair and a large TV. The second and third guest rooms have Queen beds and TVs: one is decorated in soft blue tones; the other is resplendent in lavender, complete with a plush purple carpet.
The fenced yard is private from the street, and there’s a table and chairs on the patio under the oak. Street parking is available, along with a single car garage (access from the alley behind the house).
Lovely house and great location!
Seaglass Cottage is a lovely little house on a very quiet street. The house had everything we needed for our week-long stay. It’s just a few blocks from downtown Pacific Grove and a nice selection of restaurants. It’s a great location for exploring Monterey, Carmel, the Aquarium, and Point Lobos.

FUN!
The cottage was great. A few issues with tv remotes. Management was very helpful. We will definitely return.

Relaxing weekend!
Sea Glass Cottage was very comfortable and clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood. It is good for couples or a couple of friends. We would stay there again!

Wish it was mine!
My husband, son and I came for a spring break get away, I fell in love with this house the minute I walked in. It was our first time in this part of California and it surly didn’t disappoint. The house was in a central and quite neighborhood. We would defiantly love to rent this little( well not to little) gem of a house again! Perfect for a family of 3 or 4)

I’m an annual visitor to Pacific Grove, and have enjoyed an assortment of rental homes for close to two decades.
The Tiny House, where I spent three weeks in February 2020, is now one of my favorites. While the square footage is small, the design of the house is bright and airy, and the amenities (including an excellent shower, efficient washer and dryer, a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and attractive furnishings) easily meet (and exceed) the expectations of short-term visitors.
The location is outstanding, perfectly situated between the recreation path and Pacific Grove’s delightful main street, and offers ready access to the excellent regional transit system. The street is quiet and the neighborhood is welcoming. I look forward to returning to The Tiny House.

Named for the sparkling crystal chandelier above the dining table, this magical little beach cottage just oozes charm.
The living room has a fireplace that lights with a switch and warm, honey-colored oak floors.
The kitchen features granite counters, a four-burner gas range with a griddle, and a Bosch dishwasher.
The master bedroom—with delicate hand-painted wallpaper, an upholstered headboard and luxury linens—is designed for a princess.
There’s a twin trundle bed, a reading chair and a television in the guestroom, and a pedestal sink and a clawfoot tub/shower in the vintage bath.
The adjacent sunroom is furnished with a daybed and a Yamaha electric piano (if you want to tickle the ivories), and there’s a stacked LG washer/dryer in the closet.
Street parking. 30-day minimum. Monthly rentals only.
The home was exactly as described in the photos. Great location inside 17 mile drive as well. I will most certainly be back next year!
