In case you missed it, C.A.R. Assistant General Counsel Gov Hutchinson provided a great overview of new real estate laws recently at MCAR.
Hutchinson’s presentation included new laws for landlords regarding bed bugs, flood zone disclosure, water meters, and cannabis.
He also addressed the very sticky subject of emotional support animals—and offered some excellent tax tips.
