The home was exactly as described in the photos. Great location inside 17 mile drive as well. I will most certainly be back next year!

We had another wonderful stay in this beautiful spot . We Can walk easily to The shoreline and Asilomar beach.
The house accommodated our family reunion very comfortably . Three Bedrooms are well laid out.
Kitchen is spacious and well equipped For cooking.
Lovely quiet neighborhood and Monterey Rentals is very accommodating .

My husband and I frequently rent lovely vacation homes and this was the pinnacle. We spent five magical weeks here. The owner has wonderful taste and knows how to make her guests feel pampered and welcome. The home exudes beauty and comfort. Plush beds and linens, great showers, charming dishes, spacious rooms, three cozy gas fireplaces, beautiful gardens. We were actually reluctant to book this property because it is a “guest house” and we did not want to intrude on the owner’s privacy. My concern was completely misplaced. This home is sited a substantial distance from the main house and feels very private. It would be my first choice for every return trip to the peninsula. A wonderful experience in every way.

Experience the vintage charm of Pacific Grove in this 2 bedroom 2 bath seaside cottage built in 1890. This historic home is close to Jewell Park, a short stroll to Lover’s Point Beach—and just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants.
This is a fabulous condo with an unbeatable location and view! No rental car needed- There is a grocery store about a 7 minute walk away and all sorts of entertainment right outside your door. The condo itself is super cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Monterey Rentals was a great company to work with and they really went above and beyond to help me during my trip. At one point I felt I could use a few more blankets- and after shooting off an email, someone from Monterey rentals arrived at my doorstep within hours (on a Sunday no less) with bags full of super nice brand new bedding! I absolutely loved my time here and will definitely stay here again when I return to Pacific Grove!

Our little family of three had a wonderful stay at Sweet Pea. We walked to the beach every night to watch the surfers and enjoy the tide pools. The aquarium was a beautiful 25 minute walk along the ocean trail where we saw waves crashing, pelicans, and seals pulled up on the beach. Absolutely breathtaking. There were restaurants and shops blocks from the house. We never had a problem parking on the street and the neighborhood was very quiet. The home was cozy with all the amenities we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We did puzzles, played card games, and read books. Internet was easy to log on, reliable and fast, too. Having an upstairs bedroom with its own bathroom was nice for our 5-year old son so he didn’t have to come downstairs in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Very clean upon arrival, and the check-out was easy. We would absolutely stay again!
